As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service throughout their journey with Studio Fedde. Studio Fedde originated from a Dutch interior panel company with the aim of providing a total solution for custom-made fronts that fit seamlessly with IKEA kitchens and cabinets. Our focus on quality and customer satisfaction has allowed us to expand our reach, and we are eager to bring more talented individuals on board.
Your daily responsibilities
/ Manage and respond to customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone, and online channels
/ Assist customers with product information, orders, and after-sales support
/ Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
/ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
/ Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
/ Strong communication skills in French and English
/ Previous experience in customer service or a related role, preferably within the retail or interior design sector
/ Ability to work on location in France
/ Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
